SUMMARY: Shadmart Customer Support Representative is responsible for assisting customers to place orders over the Phone/Facebook/LiveChat and resolving issues related to understanding order status, cancelling an order, obtaining a refund, and general product inquiries regarding Shadmart.
This is accomplished by responding to phone calls/facebook messages/live chats in a timely manner that addresses the core issue of the customer inquiry. The majority of inquiries should be resolved in the first response.
We offer competitive starting salaries. Exact figures depend on the position, shifts you work, your sales skill, and job experience.
Salary: 20k to 60k including sales bonus. (No boundaries set here - the more you bring to the table for us, the more you get)
Interview Period: April, August and December.
